Welcome to Choices, LLC

Choices is an Ovum Donor and Surrogate Agency, where our program is intimate and private. We understand that no two people are alike, that your needs, expectations and requirements are unique. We realize how moving, difficult and stressful this whole experience can be and have many personal and professional years of experience with infertility to help guide you through your Choices. We are committed to our clients, donors and surrogates. Our program is designed where ‘everyone deserves to have Choices’.

Our agency is a manageable size that allows us to stay close with our clients. We share in the excitement of what our profession offers and often develop personal relationships with our clients, donors and surrogates. We strive to be everything you need us to be from supporting our clients at the earliest notion of reaching out to us through the entire cycle of life. We stay in contact for years after the life cycle to enjoy in your excitement and experiences. These moments are just as exciting and joyful to us as they are to you.

We are eager to help couples with their dream of becoming parents and offer guidance on this life journey whether they are looking for an ovum donor or surrogate partner. We offer an outstanding level of professional service with whole-hearted personal care and attention.

About Us

We work with a limited number of clinics, which gives us the opportunity to meet the needs of each clinic, client, donor and surrogate. Our program director visits every clinic we work with to establish a professional relationship as well as to make a personal connection. This visit also confirms they met the requirements of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) guidelines and FDA requirements for tissue donations.

Our professional staff and program associates are compassionate and sincere, as this company was founded by the Program Director, who has shared the same journey. View "a Note from the Director"

Each member offers assistance and support in their field speciality. Among them are a licensed social worker (LICSW) to conduct MMPIs (personality test) and Psychological Evaluations. We also have two Attorneys to represent intended parents, egg donors and surrogates in drafting and negotiating contracts.* You'll also notice that our donor information is held privately and maintained in our database, we do this to safeguard their information. *Contract services are provided as additional cost; refer to our Fee Structure for these costs.
